Can someone graph this for me? F(x)=-3x+4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

katie, it's hard to show graphing here have you tried to do the chart like I said before. it's the easiest and fastest way. hints: since the slope is -3, it would be would have a negative slope (lols duh :P) and since it's 3, it would be very steep and also, the y-intercept would be (0, 4) cheers

Can i post a picture of my chocies?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

go for it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay its up

OpenStudy (anonymous):

k, which one do you think it is?

A?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

D.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it looks like a b....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no you're close that would be y = 3x + 4 the slope is negative so it has to be the graph next to the one you chose

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

rofls yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol Yesss. Do you know how i would graph a fraction?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you mean...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

F(x)=1/7x+2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

katie, every graph you do the same way try it out make the x y chart and graph it, you can do it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol okay
