okay well just multiply by the recipricol. or just flip the bottom and multiply ha. so you get (3/5) * (15/11) and then multiply accross

its asking for the quotient

yeah I am positive, what is making it "complex" is because its 2 fractions being divided. The quotient is just the result of division so in this case 9/11 = 0.81 repeating
