Which equation could be used to solve for c?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

second one because c, e and f make a right angled triangle

OpenStudy (amistre64):

c^2 = f^2 - e^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

f is the hypotenuse

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the second one is possible, but the wording of the question is odd

OpenStudy (amistre64):

from all the multiple postings; I assume this is a final? or homework that you simply want answers to ....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I m pretty sure its second one...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha. Its me being terrible at math and my teacher telling my to just finish it up so I can graduate. I am going to college for journalism. ha.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

I knew something was up about it lol ;)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

that question was odd, its either "b" or "d" depending on how the program your using defines "is an equation for"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm going to go with B. We'll see what happens.
