If it is about mission statement / vision / objective, you could try the basic purpose of the nightclub at "We aim to provide an atmosphere to relax, let your hair down and dance." or "We want to provide a great place to meet up, have a few drinks and socialize in an environment with an energetic ambience"

i would find it hard to make business philosophy for a night club - easy to set up business, uneasy to scale up, hard to work out a competitive edge.

@business1 - A nightclub can be scaled up in terms of quality, range and standard of services. It can also differentiate itself on the basis of status value, theme, ambience, music when targeting a particular cross-section of society (eg. high-income, homosexuals, banking professionals or all of the above :D)

none of differentiation points listed above are competitively sustainable. all are easy to replicate and negate investments in creation by original company.
