Find the perimeter of the rectangle pictured.

Was wondering if you would use FOIL to solve this :P
A. 11x + 9
B. 22x - 2
C. 18x - 20
D. 11x - 1

I just dont like using FOIL and my school said you cant find the perimeter any other easier shorter way :P hoping there was one

Yeah, there really isn't another way to find the perimeter in that case. It's always LengthxWidth for a rectangle.

Err what am I thinking, that's area. For the perimeter, you wouldn't really need to foil. Just multiply each by 2 and then add them together.

=4x+8+19x-10
=22x-2
