tell 36 two astronauts are pulling on a rope towards each other (like a tug of war). They each exert a force of 20 N , astronaut one is 50 kg, and astronaut 2 is 40 kg. what is the tension in the rope . is it 40 N ?

not 100% but i dont think masses affect the tension, so the tension= force being applied in either direction = 20N
