the second angle of a triangular garden is four times as large as the first. The third angle is 45degrees less than the sum of the two other angles find the measure of each angle?????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The second angle is _____ The third angle is _____ It never says the first angle is so that is the angle that get x first angle = x second angle = 4x (four times as large as the first angle) third angle = 4x + x - 45 We know that all triangles have angles whose some is 180 degrees x + 4x + 4x +x-45 = 180 10x - 45 = 180 10x = 225 x = 22.5 first angle = 22.5 second angle = 90 third angle = 67.5
