Due to the budjet restrictions the perimeter of tammys rectangular garden is limited to 74 yards. If the length is one more yard than twice the width what are the demensions of the garden????

the problem says the length is....... it never says the width is SO width = x length = 2x + 1 one more yard than twice the width Perimeter is length + width + length + width 74 = x + 2x + 1 + x + 2x + 1
