Impedance, voltage and current is related by\[V=IZ\]Then\[14-8j=I(2-3j) \rightarrow I=\frac{14-8j}{2-3j} \iff I = \frac{14-8j}{2-3j}.\frac{2+3j}{2+3j}=\frac{54+26j}{13}=4+2j\]
