No; the sign only changes when you divide by a negative number, in which case it reverses.

Hmm... I don't think so. I haven't done this for a while, but I think if it is more than OR EQUAL TO i.e. it includes the number, you use a solid circle. And the numbers are x greater than 7, so the line should go to 8, 9 10 etc, in that direction.
