Yeah. F(x) is a function that has a maximum value, but no minimum value. Its maximum is 49, So the range is all values less than or equal to 49. Don't forget the less than or"EQUAL".

you can tell if a parabola is going to have a maximum if the number in front of x^2 is negative if number in front of x^2 is positive then is going to have a minimum
