Well, when you're working with percentages, I find it easier to find a way to multiply the answers to find the correct one. I'll explain what goes through my head, sorry if it seems messy. If 3 is 2%, then you're trying to find what 100% is. 2*50=100% Since its 50*2 to get 100%, I multiply 3 by 50. That gives you 150.
