start by getting y by itself....-2x from left side, then divide both sides by -3...y should be on the left and the right side should be in the point slope for y = mx + b

if you want to graph the equation, set x = 1 and find the value of y. set the value of x = 2 and find the value of y. you will get two points (x1 y1) (x2 y2) on your graph. draw a line through those points. that line is the graph for this equation.
