I want to find the energy density of a uniformly charged spherical shell of charge Q to then get the total energy in the shell. This result should match the integral of Vdq, the total work needed to charge the shell to Q. My answers don't match. For the second method I got kQ^2/2r which is correct but using energy density I get a different answer
