what formula can use to change the fraction into decimal and percentage?

to change it into decimal, change the denominator into 10, 100 or any 10^n.
for example, multiply 5 at the numerator and denominator, you'll get 55/10 which gives you 5.5.

to change a number into percentage, multiply the fraction with 100 :)
