how do you find angles on a calculator?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

OpenStudy (amistre64):

depends on the calc really; there is either a sin cos tan buttons; or a trig button

What kind of calculator are you using? Typically, you need to first know if you want radians or degrees. If you are in trig, it is up in the air which one you need, if in calculus, it will be radians, unless in vector calculus. Typically, there are buttons for sin, cos, tan, as well as an inverse button to take the csc, sec, cot.
