"3 friends went to Central Perk for a cup of coffee each. A cup of coffee cost $15 (suppose). After they had it, they collected $15 from each and gave $45 to Gunther (The Owner of the coffee house).
For some reason he was happy that day so he gave then $5 discount.
They each distributed $1among them self and gave $2 as tip to the waiter.

Technically they paid $14 each and gave $2 to the waiter.

I.e. 3*14=42
plus 2
=$44

Where does $1 go?????
