Its easy, if you know, that \[\sin(\alpha)*\cos(\beta)=(\sin(\alpha+\beta)+\sin(\alpha-\beta))/2\]. Then you get \[\int\limits_{}^{}(\sin(7x)+\sin(3x))dx\]. Hope, that helped :)
