A speedboat traveled 2 hrs with a 4 km/h current before turning around.The return trip against the same current took 3 hrs.Find the speed of the boat in still water.

2x+2*4=3x-3*4 so x=20 km/hr x is the speed of boat

in direction of current speed of current will add to the speed of boat...but in opposite it will decrease the speed of the boat.
