What formula do I use to determine the resulting angular velocity when wheel A moves axially to drive wheel B in a friction drive system?

use simple formulas for finding angular velocity then after calculating the angular velocity of wheel A calculate the torque acting. then by calculating the moment of couple you can easily find the angular velocity of wheel B
