It is looking for one not two please?
6x-9y=27 is the same as 9y-6x=-27 so there are infinitely many solutions

Yes, because there are two equation and two unknowns there are infinite solutions

do you see how it is the same? if you multiply either equation by -1 on both sides it becomes the other equation
just because there are two equations doesn't always mean that there will an infinite amout of solutions in this case there were though because they are the same line
