Triple integrals: How would you set up a triple integral where you have a a sphere inside a cylinder? Spheres use spherical coordinates while cylinders use cylindrical coordinates so I have trouble knowing what to do.

The problem is that inside a cylinder there is a hole in a shape of a sphere. I want a triple integral that represents the remaining volume.
