We are given the polar equation r^2 = 64sin (2θ) There is no r value for θ in the intervals..?

I can't tell what you are asking either, could you be more specific ?
If more than one answer is possible, list them in increasing order. When θ = 0, then r = 0 . When θ = π/4, then r =-8 and r = 8 .
