how do u change the limits of an integral when trying to find symmetry?

When you trying to find symmetry, or when you know it's symmetric about a certain point?

the question asks to find the area of the region inside the circle (-6sintheta) and the region outside of the circle, r=3..i found that the limits to use would be 11pi/6, 7pi/6..we need to use symmetry to make the integral easier to integrate, so changing the lower limit
