For one, I'm guessing it's 123456789, otherwise that's 9 letters to 8 numbers, which won't give enough information to solve the question.
In the first one, E first appears to map to 2, but all the options seem like it maps to 7, so either it isn't consistent, or it runs from the end of the word to the start. But none of the numbered options start with the same number twice. So I don't think this question has a logical answer.

Alternatively, you meant FELANPRD instead of FELANPRDI, and the 7s in the answers are supposed to be 2s. R is 6. T is unknown, but 5 or 6 in the answers. S is also unknown, so there is no difference between c and d. Unless there is something deeper here. Is S more like D or I? I suppose you could argue either way.
