And by quick notifications its the message that appears under the 'new notifications' display when someone replies.

For instance, AnwarA can reply once, but all subsequent replies from other people will say that 'AnwarA' has replied. Hope that makes sense :)

By the way, I did manage to reproduce this. Unfortunately, what I *didn't* do is manage to figure out why it's happening. It seems like it shouldn't be. More to come.
