Find two linearly independent solutions about the ordinary point x=0 for y''=y.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Is it just asking for two functions whose second derivative is equal to the value of the original function at x=0?

I'm not sure I understand it either, I gather it's supposed to be a differential equation whose solutions you should find are linearly independent. If i solve for the general solution of the DE, i get y = c_1*e^x + c_2*e^-x. I'm wondering also if it asks me to get two particular solutions that are linearly independent..? (does that even sound right haha. :)))

Oh, never mind. It's asking for a Power Series solution to a DE about an ordinary point.
