How do I find ratio's on the pedigree tree if in generation two, each male and female(married) have the trait? Will I use the 1:2:1 ratio?

You are correct. For F2 generation the Genotypic ratio will be : 1 DD : 2 Dd : 1 dd and Phenotypic ratio of F2: 3 tall : 1 dwarf
