xsquared+x+1=o

x^2+x+1=0 it is apparent that you will have a complex number since you cannot square any "real" number add that number again and add one to it and the answer be 0. Therefore you apply the quadratic formula: [(-b \pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac})/(2a)\]

\[(-b \pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac})/(2a)\]
