Well whatever the shape it is you want to reperamatize it according to what the shape resembles.

Does it look like a cone or a sphere then use spherical coordinate or does it look like a cylinder then use cylindrical coordinates

After you find it then you have to find the normal vector use double integrals to solve for the normal vector with the appropriate boundaries.
