you the thousaths place to determine how to figure it out alll you have to do is take 10 and multiply it by 20 and then round to nearest number

ya i got.. when i was solving it i did 1/2 multiplied 10 times and got 1024 so i got confused hehe so why do we multiply by 20 though?
