sample space has 8 possible outcomes. easy to list. see how many have "at least one tail". that is your denominator. Of those, count how many have at least two tails. that is your numerator.
(h h h) (h h t) (h t h) (t h h) (h t t ) (t h t) (t t h) (t t t)
that is your entire sample space. the ones with "at least one tail" are all but the first one (h h h) so you denominator is 7
of those 7, the last 4 have at least 2 tails, so your numerator is 4
