lim n -> infinity (2n+ 2^n) / (3n+3^n)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

divide above and below by n

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(2 + 2^n/n)/(3 + 3^n/n)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cant use l'hopital's rule

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now put n->inf so the second term in the num and den become zero...the ans is 2/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sahi hai??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

answer is 0. yeh pakka hai

OpenStudy (anonymous):

0 kahan se yaar..i thought dividing by n would do it....i think the method is right...finite quantity/infinity is zero...to 2/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

got it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

divide above and below by 3^n

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that does it....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

divide nahi kar sakte....its analysis course so needs to be done with definition of limit somehow

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but then this is part of fundamentals...ur just changing the expression to another form...wt class r u in??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

b.math

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cant u change the expression a litl bit??were just manipulating so we can use limit definitions....and wts b.math btw..?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

b.math means bachelor of mathematics...how manipulation helps with it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

bcoz then u can use the definitions of standard limits..in whatever limits ive done theres a lot of chopping to do before u get to a form where u can use standard limits....i think dividing by 3^n will do it...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what class r u in?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

passed 12th

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its a second year question dude...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i prepared for iit...phaad dete hain sale...ive done more of complex nos than yeh firangi budhape tak karte hain..lol..wt university r u in??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i m here at newcastle university...and thats wrong that study here is easier or anything....I know IIT is really really hard but no matter where you go, they teach you the same stuff in different ways....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah bt here they try to teach us everything b4 we even get into university..ive been to newcastle..beautiful coastline...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmmm...true

OpenStudy (anonymous):

very windy too when i was there...so wt part of india u from??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

punjab...where r u from?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

delhi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so do u agree this gives u the answer??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really....sry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then what do u think??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I know its 0, but trying to figure it out howwwww??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

aur suna delhi ki ladkiyan kaisi hain??? abhi tak li vi ya nahi?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ek lambi kahani hai yaar...lambi aur dukh bhari..waise i was in an all boys school...dnt worry m w8in fr college...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

dukh bhari?? kyun kya hua?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4 saal se laga hoon...and the answer is negative...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

arey tujhe ishq vishq to nahi ho gaya kahin usse??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

right..wohi...maargaya mujhe...bt ive decided to let go now...bahut ho raha hai..koi kadr hi nahi....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haan sahi hai koi aur pakad le...

OpenStudy (anonymous):
