Simplify: (15mn^2p)/25m^2n^2 Explain B4 u put Answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it \[\frac{15mn^2p}{25m^2n^2}\]?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

15* M* N^2*P ------------ 25*M^2*N^2 simplify the constants 3* M* N^2*P ------------ 5*M^2*N^2 divide the N^2's and the M's 3*P ---- 5*M

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if so cancel a 5 from numerator and denominator, an m, and also n^2. get \[\frac{3p}{5m}\]

wwwhoh!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dun get it

sense its all multiplication you can cancel factors, so you have a N^2 in the numerator and the denominator so you can cancel them same is true for M (because M^2 is just M*M) so you cancel that then you can factor out a 5 from both 15 and 25 and cancel that.
