is Sin(A)=-sqrt(7)/4 and CosB=-sqrt(3)/3, find the value of Sin(A-B). Can you help me please ...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sinn(a-b)= sina* cos b - cosa* sinb

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but I dont have cos(A). How do I do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tht mean we wanna cos A by sina^2+cosa^2=1 cos a = 1- (7/16) =3/4 & sin b by the same way = sqrt(6)/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok now sin (a-b)= -sqrt7/4 * -sqrt(3)/3 - 3/4 * sqrt(6)/3 =sqrt (21)/12 - 3sqrt(6)/12 = \[\sqrt{}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

=(sqrt (7) -3 / 4*sqrt(3) ) is it clear??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let me check it out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok take ur time hope i can help u
