does any one know how to do the slope intercept.?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=mx + b m is the slope b gives the y-intercept Do you have a specific problem to work out?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah, slope=7 y-intecept=2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

m = 7 (slope) b = 2 (y-intercept) y = 7x + 2? .-.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I agree with sstarica

OpenStudy (anonymous):

^_^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would the anwser = 5y.? im so, confused

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no dear, y= mx + b in this equation, m = represents the slope and b = represents the y-intercept .when they ask you to write down the slope intercept form of the equation, all you've got to do is plug them in : y = mx + b so y = 7x + 2 ^_^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, thank you sstarica

OpenStudy (anonymous):

correct me if I'm wrong :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's a pleasure dear :)
