How do you mean changing?
Hello, f(x)=8000(1-.08^x). In my book they use different symbols and such. In my book we are using yn,y0 yn-1. I tried to change the equation to yn=8000(1-.8^n).
yn=the amount of infected yn-1=the amount after n-1 years x=the amount of years.
I know what you mean now. These yn-s are same functions as f(x) just with integers. your answer is right I guess but I am not familiar with this notation.
