Let A = {1, 2} and let B = {3, 4, 5}. Find A X B. {1, 2, 3, 4, 5} {(1, 3), (1, 4), (1, 5), (2, 3), (2, 4), (2, 5)} { } {1, 2}

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the (1,2) times (3,4,5) is undefined isn't it? Because the number of columns in the first one doesnt match the number of rows in the second. It's impossible to answer. (I think)

OpenStudy (aroub):

no its not impossible its the second one which is{(1, 3), (1, 4), (1, 5), (2, 3), (2, 4), (2, 5)}

OpenStudy (anonymous):

by 2 i meant second one, not the number 2
