here is another...I am playing a dice game where if I roll the sum of the numbers being a prime number I win otherwise you would win. Is thi game fair? and how do you figure out the sample space?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Prime numbers available 2: 1+1 3: 1+2, 2+1 5: 1+4, 2+3, 3+2, 4+1 7: 1+6, 2+5, 3+4, 4+3, 5+2, 6+1 11: 5+6, 6+5 out of 36 possible ways to get a sum, there are 15. Therefore, the game is UNFAIR in the other person's favor (since there are not 18 ways to win)

great that was my answer it gives the other person 22 ways
