Need order of operations. How is it written on paper? Is the 6x in the denominator of the entire expression? Did you mean 6*3?

Factor out a 3 from 6x+3 first. Then divide each front term in the numerator (18,-33,-39,-9) by 3, and put that over (2x+1).
