Where the formula 1/λ =.75*R*(z-1)^2 used to solve "2009 Test #2, Problem #2" comes from? λ=wavelenght, R=Ryedbergs's constant and Z=Atomic number.

After doing some research I've concluded that this is Moseley equation...it was simply placed by error in that test, since it evaluates lectures 1-7 and this law is not explained until lecture 17.
