Is it possible to put equations inline rather than on their own line? It seems silly to have to write \[\lambda\] just because I have to write a lambda....
You can always use unicode: λ :-D
I suppose that might be the only option then... It would be nice if I could do inline tex. Is there a way to contact the developers of this site?
This is one way, and then you can use the feedback side using that red button on the left side to make official propositions. You can also vote there for the proposition I made concerning latex.
I just read in the math group, that you can use \ ( and \ ) instead of \ [ and \ ] to get inline math: \(\sum_{n=1}^∞\) - wow, thats really cool.
Correct. \ ( does inline, \ [ or $$ does what's called `display' math.
Okay, good, so you can do it! \(\mathcal{THANKS}\)
Hahahaha. Nice.
