I need to find the hat size they are determined by measuring the circumference of ones head in either inches or centimeters. I dont know how to use ratios or proportions the table they gave me was hat size is 7 head circumference to the nearest 1/5 inches is 22 head circumference of nearest centimeter is 56 I need to find the hat size and the circumference when the nearest centimeter is 54 anyone?
