-27/40 - 2 multiply......Please can someone help me?!??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What exactly are you doing here? Are you multiplying -27 over 40 * - 2 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so then you need to just multiply -27 * -2 = 54 not negative bc negative and negative = positive then 40 * -2 = -80 together = 54/-80 i havent done this in a LONG time ^^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I keep getting 107/40

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmmm..... thats strange... well thats the right answer (: u prolly calculated wrong (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

welcome!! (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is this broken down in the simplest form ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Does it tell you to apply simplest form? bc i dont see the point in multiplying if u put it into simplest form!! (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):
