draw two overlapping circles inside a big rectangle.  one circle represents taking science, the other math.  the overlap is those taking both so fill it in with the number 140.  then there are 300 taking math total so in the math circle but outside of the intersection put 160 so that the total in the math circle is 300

and in the science circle outside the overlap put 120 so that the total in the science circle is 260
