Is FREE CASH FLOW PER SHARE (FCFPS) same as FCFE? (except on a per share basis)

It depends on how it is computed. I have learned never to trust a "free cash flow" computation until I see it.
It depends on which free cash flow you're talking about. If it's the same computations as FCFE then yes they are the same.
First u have to mention which CF are u calculating, equity or firm and when u say per share , this means that u just divide by the TSO
