May i ask anyone here to teach me the basics of programming?

Basic programming is best learn through experience. Get a book on your preferred language and a computer and do things with the language. 

Look through the operators and methods of the language and create applications that use them. You will quickly find that you can create apps of increasing difficulty.  Good luck.
