OpenStudy (moongazer):

The domain of the function f(x) = x^2-4 is ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all real x

OpenStudy (moongazer):

how? is this because the domain of all quadratic fnx is always all real numbers??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its always defined

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you never divide by zero , take never sqrt or take log of a negative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if it asked for the range then the answer would be y>=-4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but it didnt asked for range ( though I think you may have made a mistake and asked the wrong question )
