get in to a field which you like ...don't just choose a field just because your friends are applying

that depends on ur abilities..if u r too good at some subject..better to choose a field related to that..then u can excel in that field..

lot many fields are emerging.....der r two sides to wot u wanna choose:make money(it's practical to think,wise too) or just passionate.make a choice and den think next. in anycase jus read today about a course tat offers careers in politics & govt...isnt tat cool!

There must be some basic things which should be kept in mind before choosing a course.
1. The relevance of the course you are going to do. In the present scenario, and also consult with someone to know how the market for the course you would be doing, at the end of duration of your course will be.
2. Do something which will interest you. Try to learn from others, or from the best available source, what you will be learning be within a course. A detailed study is not required, just a brief overview will be enough. This will give you an idea whether you will be able to churn it out or not.
3. Choose a good college. No matter, how heavy and bulky your course would be, the institution from where you are doing it also matters. A lot. And doing it from a good institution will yield you the benefit of good campus placements as well. But you gotta study well for sure.
