solve -x/6 = 2/9

ok so its pretty simple.... u write it down as -x = 2 6 9 after i do that, i think to cross multiply and divide. so you multiply -x times 9 and 6 times 2. this gets you -9x = 12 so you divide both sides by -9 to get x=-12/9
